- Work as a liaison with outside CPA firm, internal accounting department, and company ownership.
- Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, fixed asset records, general & entity accounting, operations, etc.
- Interface with outside accounting firms, banks and lessors, and casualty/liability insurance agent(s).
- Establish client policies and procedures for proper accounting in various industries, including medical, restaurant, construction and manufacturing.
- Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects, programs, capital expenditures, products costing, etc. when necessary.
- Organization and preparation of interim and year end financial statements
- Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks, with tried and true processes in place for your business' goals.
